How we work

Designing an item starts by listening to the customer’s wishes, style and needs. Get inspired by our contemporary collection or let our design atelier bring your ideas to life.

The process continues by fine-tuning the design to your comfort:

Select the fabric that matches your style and comfort from our collection of refined fabrics.
Customise your favourite design by choosing from a wide range of colours, ribbons and yarns.
Create the finishing touch by adding your own monogram.
Define the size and finish by using our standard chart or customise with the help of our design atelier.

Every item we produce is unique and handmade in our workshop in Bruges: From the moment your order is registered until the moment it is delivered, you can track the progress of the production online. Before leaving the workshop all of our items get a final check and obtain a unique QR code by which you can follow who has worked on your product.
